We are thrilled to welcome Thomas Klemm to the GABA Advisory Board! Thomas brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience in financial services and technology, with a remarkable track record in strategy development, business growth, organizational design, and technology transformation.

Throughout his career, Thomas has demonstrated exceptional expertise in navigating complex areas such as risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. His broad international leadership experience, coupled with his in-depth organizational understanding, has been honed through roles ranging from Finance, Strategy, and Global Head of Digital to US COO and Head of Deposits.

Currently, as the leader of the Private Bank West Coast – South region, Thomas is driving the growth of the (U)HNW client base in Los Angeles by delivering industry-leading financial solutions and fostering entrepreneurial excellence. His passion for building teams and his vision for innovation make him a valuable addition to the GABA team and community.
