As Process Excellence Manager at ZEISS, Eleonore brings her expertise in process optimization and transformative change management, along with a truly global perspective shaped by her experiences across Australia, New Zealand, Germany, and the USA. Earlier this year, she stepped up to lead GABA’s NextGen group, where she’s empowering the next generation of professionals in the German-American community.
