Event Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Join us for an exclusive GABA premiere event that\u00a0celebrates the seasonal delicacy of German<\/span>\u00a0white asparagus, in one of the most breathtaking\u00a0settings<\/span>\u00a0at the exclusive California Yacht Club\u00a0in Marina<\/span>\u00a0Del Rey. Freshly harvested for you in Germany, this world-renowned ingredient is airlifted just in time for an exquisite\u00a04-course meal<\/strong>\u00a0that revolves\u00a0around the “edible<\/span>\u00a0ivory”, culminating with an\u00a0open bar\u00a0<\/strong>and a delectable dessert.<\/p>\n

\nWhite and Green Asparagus Salad – a colorful blend of crisp garden greens, tender asparagus spears, and fragrant herbs, accented with a touch of pink pepper and a lemon-olive oil vinaigrette<\/p>\n

\nWhite Asparagus Cream Soup \u2013 velvety and white asparagus infused<\/p>\n

Main Course:<\/strong>
\nClassic Steamed White Asparagus – tender young potatoes, drizzled with brown, and served with a classic sauce hollandaise \u00a0– optional sliced cold ham served separately for the table<\/p>\n

Dessert:<\/strong>
