Our keynote, Prof. Dr. Ulrike Malmendier<\/a> (UC Berkeley Haas, German Council of Economic Experts, GABA Advisory Board), delivered a clear, unsentimental view of Germany\u2019s economic challenges\u2014from the \u20ac500B fiscal package to European integration and defense readiness\u2014and what it will take to turn policy into real growth.<\/p>\n
