Last night, we had the privilege of hosting Dr. Stephen Murphy-Shigematsu, a renowned psychologist from Stanford University, at the Japanese Innovation Campus in downtown Palo Alto. This session explored how mindfulness, compassion, and a sense of responsibility can profoundly impact both our personal and professional lives.<\/p>\n

Dr. Murphy-Shigematsu shared invaluable insights on the importance of integrating heartfulness into leadership. He emphasized that true balance and wholeness come from embracing vulnerability, practicing compassion, and fostering a deep connection with others.
