Hybrid Work is just at the beginning and the clear consensus was, it&#8217;s here to stay, but it will be an evolution.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to\u00a0Florian Mezger\u00a0(ZEISS Group),\u00a0Jung Paik\u00a0(McKinsey &amp; Company),\u00a0Sabine Remdisch\u00a0(Leuphana Universit\u00e4t L\u00fcneburg) and\u00a0Susan Whitlock\u00a0(Siemens Infrastructure) as well as\u00a0Petra Chequer\u00a0for moderating this insightful panel discussion.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion among these experts was rich on practical advice such as on how to \u201cbe there when you are not there\u201d, the use of personal channels (on pets or food for example) to create a sense of community, the importance of shifting focus on outcomes rather than time spent, and how to show digital empathy. Most importantly \u2013 one size does not fit all.
